Henrik Zetterberg, Pavel Datsyuk, Danny DeKeyser and Darren Helm all will be out of the Detroit Red Wings’ lineup Friday night when they visit New Jersey. And it appears that the Devils will skate without ex-Wing Damien Brunner.
Looks like Damien Brunner will be a healthy scratch against his old team tonite. Josefson on 4th line. Boucher-Loktionov-Ryder together.

Brunner, who turned down a contract offer from the Red Wings to become a free agent this past offseason, was a healthy scratch twice in late November and has missed three games total for the Devils. Even when he’s been on the game-day roster, he hasn’t made much of an impact — Brunner has four goals and four assists this season, but he scored three of those markers over the first three games of the season.
